Bryant heating and cooling offer a wide variety of systems from Variable speed technology to single stage systems. You can also choose from 80% AFUE heaters and up to 98% AFUE heaters with variable speed motors. Seer Ratings from 14 (the new minimal) and up to 42 seer! Some Bryant heaters offer perfect heat and perfect humidity controls for complete comfort of your home. 

Service: 
If and when your heater decides to stop working you will need a reliable and fair HVAC company to come to your rescue. That’s where we come in and help get your system back up and running! Our highly trained technicians go through annual training to keep up to date so they are able to work on all makes and models of heaters and air conditioners.

Bryant and G&G’s pre service checklist! 

  • Check your systems air filter. (A dirty air filter is a common cause of problems)
  • Check your heater switch and breakers to ensure they are both on.
  • Make sure there batteries are ok in the thermostat (if it requires them)
  • If your system is frozen make sure to defrost it prior to the technician arriving.
  • Be ready to explain the problems you are having with your HVAC system
  • Make sure the technician can get to your HVAC system and there is space around it to work. 
  • If you have service history and service manuals provide them to the technician upon arrival. 
  • Be prepared to make a payment to the technician.
